Fire

In this exhibition, the classic element of fire represents the power of destruction and devastation, as Southern Savo has unfortunately also suffered from numerous wars. Southern Savo has belonged to many different countries and has spent the majority of its history as a border region flanked by Finland, Sweden and Russia, which is why its residents have been subject to numerous wars and why Southern Savo has several museums that deal with military history.
